Shabbos in Yerushalayim was truly special. We began with Kabbalas Shabbos at the Kosel, surrounded by Yidden from all over the world, and then returned to Kever Dovid for a beautiful Friday night seudah filled with singing, inspiration, and farbrengens that continued late into the night.
On Shabbos morning, the Bochurim went to the mikveh, davened, and once again had the privilege of davening at the Kosel. After a beautiful Shabbos meal, we heard from an IDF soldier who shared stories and memories from October 7th.
Later, we joined him for a special tour through the history of the Old City, giving the Bochurim a chance to experience the rich history of Yerushalayim firsthand.
We ended Shabbos at the Kosel with Seder Niggunim, Maariv, and Havdalah. After Shabbos, the Bochurim were each given money to choose a restaurant in the Old City and enjoy a meal together — a great way to end a truly memorable Shabbos in Yerushalayim.
